Mara Costanzo

This movie could have been so good but sadly..it was not, quite the opposite. The ending where she breastfed the fetus, it looked like some kind of carved statue in her hand not a fetus. Also, her daydreaming about throwing the twins out the window made me feel sick, very disturbing. The whole movie was very confusing. I couldn't figure out if what was happening was real or just the main character hallucinating.
