It was so average that it made me depressed because we will likely never get the good old SpongeBob again. It’s almost as if they have to buy the rights to make a good movie, and the last time they had those rights were with the first SpongeBob movie. Look, I still enjoyed it. It had some very cute moments. I can appreciate this movie. I’m just sad because there was more potential. I liked the actresses/actor they casted. This movie was on the right path, but could’ve been so much better! I guess I should just be grateful that SpongeBob is even producing anything new after all these years. Producers directors etc please don’t be sad or frustrated at the negative reviews…..I appreciate the gift, that is this movie, that you gave us. Please let this motivate you and give you confidence that SpongeBob CAN be 10/10 amazing again. I know you have it in you. I believe in you.
