Just recently watched this again with my eight-year-old son and it did not live up to my expectations. The Jell-O castle has haunted me since we watched the movie. My son has been taking Jell-O packets out of the pantry and trying to turn them into a castle. The mess around my house has been insane. Along with this mess my son has made a new favorite phrase out of the movie. The phrase is "Those balls are huge. I'm so horny". He is talking about the giant meatballs that fall from the sky. That scene made my child horny and gay. We are Christians so that is very unacceptable. I did not know we would see meatballs fall from the sky. The title should have warned me as a parent that this could have been a possible outcome of seeing the movie. Finally, the way they promote diabetes throughout the movie is really harmful to young children. They are ordering all this junk food and their parents do not care. For example, the mayor of the town is literally triple the weight he was because of the machine. There is no way that is healthy and that he did not get diabetes. So this movie is gonna start bad eating habits and raise childhood diabetes by 2000%.
