...I personally really don't like this adaptation of batman. It's not that it's a badly made movie, or has bad acting... It's just... I don't know depressing. I believe they were successful doing what they were trying to do. But seems to me what they were aiming for is turning Batman into an artistic statement rather than a good story. Oh, and it's long, and feels like a really long movie. The whole movie felt like a depressing psychotic trip of violence where everyone looses and none of the characters are worth getting invested in. This movie feels like the baby of a movie that I hate, Sin City, a movie I love, The Dark knight with a sprinkle of SAW (which I hate). With the dominant trait being Sin City. I really don't want to persuade someone to watch or not watch this movie. I say if you were planning on seeing it, still do so. More to provide my point of view for thought sake.
