Mortiis, is a Black Metaler! Turned dark ambient, performer. I believe he was the heart of Cold Meat Industry, the label was supportive of what is referred to as Era one. He then founded Era two. He really is an inspiration artist. I was lucky enough to see him on the Stargate tour. He was in rare form. I was amazed by his theatrical performance, sacrifice of a woman tied to an X cross. He proceeded to gut her with a knife while she tried desperately to free herself. Until death. I more recently was shocked by his video, for The Demons are back!
