While this season has had some low points - notably the first two episodes - it's very much RTD back to his best. That includes the ridiculously-loud music in the audio mix, unfortunately. Even so, episodes like Boom, 73 Yards and the Legend of Ruby Sunday stand out as real highlights: my favourites, and possibly the best episodes since the likes of Heaven Sent. Long may it continue!
