Our family loved this movie! So positive and inspiring. While the movie is definitely big on feminist themes, it's not ONLY a movie for young women (though I do wish I had a daughter to share this role model with); my 12 year old son really enjoyed it. Beautifully shot. Wonderfully written. Enola is played with the perfect mixture of feistiness, humor, intelligence, and even a bit of vulnerability. Can't wait for more!! Oh, and as a parent, it was nice to have an entertaining movie with no moments of awkwardness while watching with my kids. The story didn't miss them!
