I have to agree with the negative reviews here. The family is mean-spirited and makes a new comer feel completely unwelcome based on the fact that she’s different from them. What’s wrong with being different? The main character means well and seems fairly nice. I could never get over my distaste for their behavior, and we’re suppose to empathize with them? The uncomfortable sibling swap was the icing on the cake. Bleh.
