A sloppy movie that pretends to be great.
Removing the choreography of Jeremy Robbins caused the biggest damage.
In general, it does not take you into the world of West Side Story. There is no trace of humor in the play. The actors play a weak role. The only West Side thing there is Bernstein's music over unrelated choreography.
The worst version of West Side Story in the whole world; I wish it was never made.
