The movie is cringey and painful to watch at points (you literally see Whitney go from wanting be with Robin to accepting a proposal from Bobby Brown in three scenes, seemingly right after she met him in the movie time line). I couldn’t even finish it. It portrays Whitney like a spoiled girl and the plot line jumps around without much character development. As a Whitney fan, I just couldn’t get into it. The only scenes that were enjoyable were the singing ones, because they used her real vocals.
