I am a regular viewer of this programme and am currently catching up on back numbers I've not been able to watch live. I recently watched a programme when James Martin prepared eggs Arnold Bennett. There was no mention of the preparation or ingredients, instead during the preparation all we heard about was a life story of the guest. It appears that every episode has a large element of guest background when we should be learning about the preparation of the food.
