Slightly entertaining with some laughs. Major boy band tie-ins throughout, referencing boy band names in conversations “I think we were 98 degrees past that…” “we may not be the new kids on the block anymore…”. there were several lines that I felt were a bit too inappropriate for Trolls: King Gristle and Bridget for almost the entire movie “would it be weird if we made out”, “I didn’t think both of us would be tied (literally) up on this honeymoon”, and some other lines to name a few. Normally I enjoy witty adult content that is just out of reach for kids, but this felt too grown and out of place for trolls. I don’t want to have to explain what “making out” is to my four yr old.
