Back when this was published, I read it. I hold to valuing service and customers. The competition between Hertz and Avls help Avis perform more ethically and attentively. I today's corporate world, these can not be said about Amazon. I can cite examples, but even when raised to the CEO Andy Jassy, the lack of response is present. At 70-years-old, it is sad to see how customers are treated.
