I am only giving 1 star because 3/4 movers themselves were good but there were a few things I was not happy with. First, the quote they give is not what you will pay. I was quoted $1500 and somehow ended up paying $2500 by the end of it. WHAT?? Also, one of the movers damaged one of our dressers worth $800. The damage was caused because the mover put the dresser on the dolly wrong and it fell off of the ramp onto the concrete. I watched it all happen and thought oh it not big deal AMS will take care of us... WRONG. AMS is only willing to give us $129 as remedy... are you kidding me? I was not expecting them to give me $800 but I thought they would at least TRY to give me a $$ amount that was reasonable to fix or help purchase a new dresser considering ours is damaged badly. I am so disappointed that I will not be using them again. DO NOT USE especially if you value your items because AMS certainly does not.
