Kate Jones

A truly excellent film that seemed so much more than a ‘did she or did she not’ murder her husband. It certainly does a masterly job of exposing the undercurrents of resentment, jealousy and anger that can fester in a marriage, in ways that were utterly compelling and can leave you wondering what people might be capable of. The acting of the whole cast is superb and the writing is brilliant. It is long but I can honestly say I have no idea how it filled the time in the way it did as I was utterly gripped throughout. One of the best films I have seen this year.
