So much potential for female-led show, but trying to be too clever & moody & too much looking off into the distance as if that makes you look clever in some way. Also, not sure lead actress is right for the role she is playing. I’m all for older female roles but with everything she’s doing & trying to be in the show, think she’s a little too old sadly. Young FBI agent also someone we’re told is very clever but that’s not coming across. Just felt doesn’t quite hit the mark. Ending is also too vague as well.

This was so disappointing. The acting was not strong & the characters so under-developed I didn’t care who got murdered. If the BBC wanted to make a statement on Colonialism with a Christie story, she wrote books that would suit far better & adapted. This felt too forced & wasted time that should’ve been spent on the characters & main story.

Really enjoyed it! Laughed alot too at Josh’s dead-pan faces & ‘swim’. Different spin on supernatural stuff & great it’s not US/European supernatural storyline , as that’s been done to death. Def hope for a 2nd series!

Great season 2 - so def. need season 3!
