At first, this game might trick you into thinking it's a cutesy cutesy anime dating sim then after that it slowly starts evolving into a creepier and creepier horror game. The story is fantastic and all the characters are unique and great. At first, i was put down by the game's art style(I'm not really into anime) but later on i found this game to perfectly fit the art style. At the very beginning the story is very simplistic then evolves as you start choosing and making decisions, which i like. There is a great number of messages and narratives in this game. One of my favorite examples of a character is Sayori where at the beginning she is looking all happy but later on, you learn that she was really depressed to the point she hangs herself in her bedroom (this is where the games start being a horror game). Which could teach you to never assume someone's mental state. I did quite enjoy the fact the game slowly becomes self-aware. spoilers one of the endings even has the character Monika call you by the PC's owner's name or your Gmail beginning. As you can probably see on YouTube the game gets incredibly creepy and self-aware I won't spoil much more but the game is really great and gave me a different perspective on Anime, manga, and anime games. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Also to that 1 Karen that says this game is too violent for the 9-year-old son, read the rating its clearly M for 17+ people.
