I think of Kramer v Kramer 40 years on. That was a classic, this will be so in time. Such thoughtful, insightful performances from Scarlett J and Driver. And a memorable one from Laura Dern, magnificently cynical as divorce lawyer. A film that captures tragic breakdown, but somehow manages to be inspiring at same time. Hats off to all who made it.

Perhaps the best world war one movie I've ever seen. Beautifully shot, lovingly conveyed through words and image, genius directing, and memorable because it's that war through a woman's prism at a moment of such discrimination against women. So many actors in this movie have gone on to greater roles. Not a surprise to me. A quiet masterpiece.
