Do not go through this site. Tried to exchange at the actual movie theater which opened the tickets… fandango now says I used the tickets (even though the movie is 3 days out from date of showing).
If I could give a negative star I’d give a negative 10. So not helpful… also movie employees need better training.
I’ll never use Fandango again.
