Takes me back to the older snes jrpg days. Modern audiences could find it tedious and expect more. But for those 80's 90's kids who grew up on these... well worth a go.
Battle system similar to Chrono Trigger, I would like to say it reminds me of bits of Alundra and elements of zelda type puzzles. Graphics and art are beautifully done, secret of mana vibrant. However it does have its own unique spins on battles, art style and game mechanics.
It's a nostalgic trip that hits the spot and the best attempt I have seen for a modern day old style jrpg. A lot of love clearly went into the development on a low budget (by today's standards). Well worthy the attention of those who feel a little left behind by the new era of gaming.
