This is a challenging book to read or listen to. Noone can argue against that. But if you are ready to embark on a deeply personal, vulnerable, sensitive, empathic, and compelling narrative, then you will be richly rewarded with a unique biography. It really moved me to think through my assumptions, my ideas, and how I view people whom I disagree with vehemently and even find myself to exist in a different reality. I don't have to like it, and frankly hearing it during this time was particularly stressful. BUT hearing this first hand account is powerful. Highly recommended~ be warned.. you will likely grow painfully.
