Had to read this book for a class otherwise I would have never even given it a glance. The title is misleading and should be changed to "How to Patronize and Manipulate People" as most examples seemed patronizing and one person manipulated the other to get what they wanted. The book also contradicts itself. In part one it says not to criticize, but in part four it says how to criticize without being hated for it. If you're in desperate need of friends so much so that not even your plants like you than maybe you'll find this book useful. Otherwise, don't bother.
