A compendium of strategies to address climate change with an admixture of neo socialist economics - this is the interesting part. But the human interest aspect of the book is so hackneyed, the dialogue so contrived, that I found myself just skimming the book for the nuggets of information, desperately trying to be done with the dreary affair
