Awful. Tremendously unrealistic in its approach to the most basic medical methodology. Storylines are weak and attention to detail is almost nonexistent, especially when dealing with the non-medical characters cultural differences and nuances. Majority of the acting is wooden, other than the rare ray of sunshine (Jordan Johnson-Hinds). Definitely not worth the effort to watch.
