I like the history of objects that the appraisers tell the person who has brought the object. Some objects have fascinating histories that makes them much more valuable. It can be like a history lesson. Also some objects might have damage. Even books but they can still have incredible value.. I enjoy the episodes very much. Makes me want to go out and search. I am a bit of a collector myself. I am searching for that big find. I enjoy the American version as it has a younger history and some of the objects are very scarce. I like the American West. Daniel Boone, Davy Crockett, Wyatt Earp, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin. Paul Revere and so on. Anything old and interesting i love to learn about. Great show. There are still interesting items on the British show as well. I love it.
