I enjoy Lester Holt and in general, the flow of the news broadcast flows well, however, I cannot tolerate the "desperate, frantic" music introduction to this show. It provokes anxiety, and portends a crisis is eminent. I recently viewed both CBS and ABC nightly news, and their intros are much more subdued and professional, in my opinion. I also enjoyed their news anchors as well, so I will be moving to one of these alternatives. I certainly don't need the added stress.
