Want to check on why there was a segment of the Nightly Business Report tonight (7/18/2019 at 6:00pm - 6:30pm in Richmond VA) that was specifically/maliciously blocked from viewing (went blank except for the channel logo. The lead-in to this new story segment was on some topic that "viewers should be wary of". I am guessing it was something about malware or other "bad actors" on the internet. Was this blockage an example of some "bad actor" actions to disrupt this MBR news segment? It stopped when a moon launch new story eventually came on for this broadcast.
