Gay Murphy

Since I first listened to the album on it's release in 2020, I've lost my best friend and more recently my partner. Lately I find myself listening to it a lot. It's beautifully poignant, honest, heartbreaking and, as with all of Springsteen's best songs, utterly life affirming. The one's that particularly strike a chord for me personally are, A Letter to You, Ghosts and I'll See You in My Dreams but it's an album of wonderful songs.
