If you are a die hard fan of lara or the games then you probably won't like it. I started watching with a lot of excitement. I mean a tomb raider series?THE LARA CROFT? She was my childhood crush ffs BUT it wasn't the thing i thought it would be. So i watched the remaining episode without affiliating it to the games. It was MEDIOCRE.
Positives
1.The voice acting was good.
2.The friendship between jonah and lara was consistent (Not the best).
3. Certain portions if the sequences was good and rendered well.
4. The title card for each episode was good (you've gotta give them something)
5. Some (ate) sequences were good
6. Good lore
Negatives
1. The plot was weak
2. The antagonist was weak (in terms of writing)
3. Lara cries like deku everytime (badass at sometimes but cry baby at most of the times)
4. Emotions didn't worked out (won't feel connection with the characters)
5. Animation quality was mid ( i mean I've seen much much much better)
6. Action was mid
7. It didn't feel like end of the world in the climax
8. Lara didn't looked that good (i know I've said to ignore the games BUT COME ON IT'S LARA CROFT)
Most of these are fixable. They did end with a good cliffhanger. Add some gory elements and good characters then we've got a series to watch.
In the end I'm still hoping for another season.

Repetition elements, one of the worst endings ever, disrespect to both the goats (kevin conroy and batman).
Arkhamverse ended at arkham knight, everything else after that is some non canon BS.

A Nolan film
A masterpiece
Great Acting
Its a biopic (so there is lag and slow pace at times)
