Worst documentary ever made. One sided and superficial, made to build and peddle a narrative that it was all Veerappan’s fault without exploring the whole smuggling network. Obviously Veerappan wasn’t selling the loot himself in an international market. Very conveniently ignored the extreme human rights violations on innocent villagers which was bring but a brutal reflection of the inefficiency and lackadaisical attitude of the police (just a brief mention from a police officer who were the violators themselves and what I found more funny was one of them said he forgot if it was the police who killed 93 villagers and burnt down the village!!) Shame on Netflix and the director. If someone does watch this show I highly recommend that you follow on to watch viduthalai - tamil movie by Vetrimaran to get the full picture.
