I would say it is an impressive flick. There is drama, quality humor, and the emotional part is the best. All actors played well, esp. Ranveer Singh.

Weak story, weak characterization, poor dialogue delivery, and no effort put for making Gangu's struggle strong..The only thing best in the film was Alia's makeover.
Story plot is commonplace and predictable. There s nothing unique or Extra ordinary about Gangubai's life struggle

A good choice for people looking for a nice mix of drama, romance, tragedy, and a little comedy.
Oldies worked well in this movie, esp. Radha (the heroine).
