Set in an idyllic small town in a remote part of the US with deep under currents. The characters are all real and very human, who confuse, confound and engage the alien charged with destroying us. It has a quiet charm and gentle humour that grows on you.

Fun watch, a comfortable predictable script with some good lines and very creditable performances.

Satirical look at the US political process, with gentle dark humorous undertones. The wcript is interesting, the set up is realistic and the script is warm. Believable performances by the ensemble cast lend it greater credibility.

Light hearted semi farcical look at some serious issues of the 1950s in New York. Cleverly written, well enacted by an ensemble cast, with a range of bizarre but believable characters in a sharply edited and quick moving narrative.
