Need to dump Juan. His constant head bobbing & varied facial expressions are strangely similar to those that an infant makes while "soiling" their diaper!

Enjoy the show however would be great if you would dump Juan William's. When he senses he's losing on making a point he resorts to shouting & hand waving. Obviously hasn't learned a lesson from his dismissal (firing) from his previous employer. He's rarely prepared to offer anything substantial.
