Massive Reacher fan, but this one is a big miss. Why is it written in first person? The pacing is overly frantic and jarring and lacks a lot of Reachers quirky personality traits. He hardly drinks any coffe?! Normally Reacher is compelled toward vigilante justice to correct some kind of moral injustice, this feels more like fighting and killing for the sake of it. One has to suspend some kind of disbelief to accept Reacher come to his Sherlock like conclusions, but his twinging Spidey senses in this story border on ludicrous. I'm not convinced that the addition of Andrew as a collaborator has helped this beloved series!
