If I were brutally honest the show’s over the top scenes is initially what hooked me. Is it realistic ? Just enough to be recognized as a medical show, but hardly believable. “The Resident” makes for real good t.v.; therefore, I watch. If you’re looking for something more accurate this show is not for you. If you want a bit of medicine, drama, love , and Conrad the cowboy taking on the hospital hierarchy with his lady nurse by his side… enjoy. :)
