I have not got this book and do not want this book, EVER. You have taken money out of my bank account without my permission. On the 4th September you took £27.04 and on the 11th September you took £27.16 out of my bank account without my permission making a total of £54.20. I would like a FULL refund within the next 7 days by 27th October please. I did NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING FROM YOU so I consider you have fraudulently taken this money out of my bank account. I expect a reply from you within the next 24 hours please.
