It actually lived up to all the hype! I reread “Dune” in preparation for the movie & watched the 1984 David Lynch version again, so my expectations may have been higher than most…. Dune has been my favorite book for decades & I thoroughly enjoyed the current iteration! The cast really made the novel come to life—each actor completely embodied the character they portrayed. Don’t miss this one (& it deserves to be seen in the theater!).
