Dennis Little

I found it difficult to read, with extraordinary sentence structure. The first person narrator takes the role of servant and seems content. I saw what I think were allegorical references to anti semitism and she sees the villagers as participators in the holocaust perhaps. The truth is I found it a difficult read and I did not understand large parts of it. I have offered it two friends who returned it me unread. Dennis Litte.
