Too much CGI, the shark scene was ridiculous! Stick to lions !! Trying to recreate Gladiator, FAIL. The dialogue wasn't up to scratch, the lead actor was OK, BUT, sorry to disappoint, he was not Russel Crowe, who owned it. The ending was baffling, a hand brushing through weeds of some sort,, trying to recreate Maximus's wife ??? Huh ? This was just OK, but throughout the whole movie all I could think about was the original, so disappointed, tried hard to love it, but ended up thinking why ! Why a sequel, when nothing could supersede the original. Kept looking at the time, I give it 2 stars out of 5, a d that's generous

Thought provoking, an expose of life as expats, Nicole Kidman is brilliant, she always has the ability to hit a nerve without over acting. The life of their staff was a good example of their desire to help their families who live hand to mouth. The loss of her son Gus was slightly underwhelming in its portrayal, the search was never explained and the outcome left to the viewer to surmise, albeit the last scene made it clear, she wasn't giving up. Still, enjoyable and gut wrenching, particularly loved the Indian Mother, loved to hate her

Atrocious acting, so cringeworthy many times. I felt second hand embarrassment for the actors,where perhaps a good storyline based on fact, was badly directed. Doesnt deserve 1star, but its not possible to give zero. Baldwin was OK, he has that brooding character that I like.

Australia at its best, real Aussies revealing their private lives with the mystery of who murdered Paddy. Larrimah is a small town in NT, population 11, and now 10. Everyone is considered a suspect, sad as that is that someone has been murdered, the plot centres on everybody who lives there. Its the quintessential Aussie humour that has you spitting your drink out, watching everyone interviewed guzzling a beer. The hatred between most of the residents is palpable, with finger pointing at every turn. I loved it, I love how they captured the real Australia, as it once was, speaking off the cuff, without fear retribution from the bed wetting society. Bonus was the Police interviews, absolutely hilarious. Seriously funny, highly recommend it.

When the spotlight was on the brave Veterans, it was great. When Harry popped in every few minutes it wasn't. Revision of history, recollections may vary, his Mummy issues, still whining about how hard his life Hazbeen, atrocious way to high jack a noble cause. I will be interested to see monies raised for this noble cause, and not lining the coffers of the grifters. One other positive, Netflix had the nouse to remove most of Megaliar from the scenes, bravo! She has no relevance there. My money goes directly to Veterans, NOT the Markles, Archwell and Netflix.

Confusing because there's Clint Eastwood in the Mule US version, but this is a classic Aussie movie. Crooked cops, great Australiana drama that's riveting.I was a tad sceptical in the beginning, but don't let the first 10 minutes dissuade you, this is brilliant. Aussie drama gets so underrated, this explodes the myth of how drug mules rarely get caught. A stellar cast, from Hugo Weaving None Hazlehsurst ( gotta love her ) to name a few. In the words of Molly do yourself a favour, watch it!!!
