I saw this today, as a dedicated Disney fanatic. I'm one to know every word to every song, within the original. I was skeptical about the remake, because how could they out do the original classic. Although I'm a fan of the original, and if I had to pick between the two. I would choose the original version. The 2019 remake, did have it's admirable qualities. First being the CGI. The visual effects are beautiful. The locations, the addition to information we were unaware of and the addition of a new song.It was nice to see a modern spin, on the classic. But forever I will believe that the classic is the better of the two, the music, the characters (voice actors), the emotion, and of course the magic that Disney brings. But the movie is 100% worth seeing to understand that nostalgic feeling, and bring new magic to children today.
