There's no studio (that I come in contact with) that consistently puts out as great of films as A24, and Saint Maud is no exception. The movie does an excellent job at keeping the viewer guessing about what's real and what isn't (up until literally the last moment). The acting is all really solid. I feel like the protagonist's character arc felt a bit rushed, but that's honestly kinda nit-picky. The cinematography was excellent (I really appreciated the upside down shot and then later, the sideways angle, to parallel Maud's development).
A24 films give you what you put into them. This is not a movie to watch unless you're in an environment where you can be focused and free from distractions. I encourage viewers to try and pick it apart; you'll get more out of it.
