It’s not the Team Ninja I used to know at all. Don’t expect this to be anything like Ninja Gaiden, it’s basically Sekiro in “China”, another faster paced Dark Souls clone. It’s not a bad game at all, but I have to say I went in blind, hadn’t even seen a trailer, and I was expecting a spiritual successor to NG, so I was disappointed on that front, but it’s on game pass which I find is a redeeming quality as I wouldn’t have purchased it knowing what I know now. If you have game pass it’s definitely worth a try. If you’re a casual gamer (like me) you will swear a lot.
