I liked it ... Except for the courtroom scenes. Apparently one of his descendants couldn't marry a white woman because he was one eighth black. But it wasn't set up well and really had nothing to do with the rest of the movie. Would have been better as a historical epic like Glory. Speaking of history some incongruities but I'm just being nit picky.

Literally worst case Ontario. Only worth watching if you want to have something on while you do other things. Like getting two birds stoned at once.
