I am absolutely pissed off about this game! If they really cared about the people buying their product, they would simple make backups a part of the game. My character has been deleted so many times after reaching 30+ levels. I work hard on my characters. And for them to not have some kind of backup or prompt asking if we really want to replace or delete our characters, it's sloppy and inconsiderate. I simply won't ever play this game again, which is sad because it is very good, but not worth being upset around my kids. Mojang want me to fill out some bug report to even consider making any changes. It's frusterating because that is a testers job, not the customers job. There should be a way to make a customer complaint, followed by a tester reporting to a Developer. Mojang doesn't care. I am not the only one having this issue, I have read complaints on Reddit and other Forums. It is time to get the word out on reviews and give this game bad reviews for bad service and customer support. If this has happened to you, please make a bad review with me.
