Lorrie Reilly

I am a big fan of Stephen King and Carrie was the first book I read. I was about 10 years old. I love all of his books, but have to say that Carrie will always be my favorite. I have so many books of his lining my bookshelves. I loved the movie version as well with Sissy Spacek. Years later, I named my daughter Carrie. Everyone thought it was because of King's book. However, it was because of Carrie Fisher portraying Princess Leia. Also a big Star Wars fan. I look back and think how the name Carrie has been in my life via King's first novel and via the beloved character of Princess Leia portrayed by Carrie Fisher. Now my daughter Carrie has my three beautiful grandchildren. My oldest granddaughter (age 11) just loves Stephen King and is currently reading Salem's Lot. She read Carrie first!!! My grandson loves Pennywise. They were quite impressed with how many books I have from Stephen King. Stephen, please keep writing and keeping us in suspense and afraid to turn off the lights at night!!!
