If it were possible to give this movie 0 stars, I would. I wasn’t expecting it to be child friendly. I wasn’t offended by the F and D words, but it is over the top in regards to abuse and abandonment. I was expecting to laugh hysterically and instead was punched in the feels repeatedly for an hour and a half. I had to get up and leave the theater before the movie ended and I’ve never done that before. I had plans to continue on with my day around town after that, but when the movie was over I had to go home, have a good cry and cuddle my dogs. This movie is somehow marketed as a comedy, but I did not leave the theater feeling uplifted in the least. Worst movie I’ve ever seen.
