This game is amazing. The poor developers and programmers that made this game definitely poured there souls into the game, the graphical details, story, and combat are absolutely amazing. It's too bad the corporate side CD Project Red really burned the geniuses that made this game. Give it a chance you will see. I played this on a PS5 withoutt the next gen upgrade and aside from a few glitches it's been a great experience. Give these developers a chance.... it's not their fault the bigwigs at CPR made them release the game too early.

Love this game. Bluepoint did an amazing job remaking this game. The old combat mechanics where actually quite refreshing after recently beating Dark Souls 3 and Bloodborne. Obviously a different style than those forementioned games; much more primitive mechanics in comparison but the satisfaction when you hit a parry and riposte is unlike any other souls born game. This is definitely amplified by the haptic feedback and sound effects emitting from the Dualsense. You feel the crunch and hear the splatter like your actually there yourself... absolutely amazing.

If your a souls fan you already know how good this game is. For newcomers: this will be one of the best gaming experience s of your life, if you give it a chance. All you have to remember is each boss is a puzzle, and you death is a mechanic you utilize while figuring out the solution (via attack patterns, your own armour and weapon usage etc). You can summon friends to help or find some over powered gear to make your life easier if you struggle with these games. I work with a guy who would never play dark souls due to the difficulty. He bought this game and is obsessed it now. This game is a trip. The feeling you get when you overcome a difficult situation in one of these games is unmatched by any other series.

If you are into horror grab this. Ignore the poor ratings. Story is pretty evil, and exciting. Graphics go for photo realism, and it looks pretty good considering it's an indie title. Play at night with headphones or surround sound. This game probably received poor ratings on metacritic or here etc.. because real/good horror is a niche genre and most people can't stomach it. If you're into RE7 and the Exorcist etc., this is for you!
