One star for location. Rest of the movie made me think of all the writers and directors who have amazing screenplays/ talent but no connection because we still follow the star names to get movie financed or made structure. What a dumb unbelievable and OTT miserable movie. Please don’t write or make such movies. Cheating, older men/ older women with young people. It’s unbelievable and disturbing and overdone. Pair people in the right age range. It’s not about male or female. Have a good story & dialogues. Make something shift in audiences hearts. Not this crap!

The movie is so amazing. I am shocked to find out nobody went to watch it in theaters. Indian audience is a tired audience who really don’t care about inspiring entertaining biopics. They only care about women scantily clad and men naked with 6/8 peck abs. They just want visual and dance entertainment. I am so disappointed that movies like this tank in India. I was am just shocked! No words. About the movie.. it was so well made. Timeless saga of how amazing Indian soccer team once was under the leadership of Coach Rahim. Zero support and winning gold! The passion, fire and dedication.. absolutely unmatched. The movie on top was shot so well except one vfx scene in the beginning of the movie when one player had hurt his foot and talking about importance of proper footwear. I have never seen series of soccer games that were shot so well. So immersive and beautifully done. I have no words. AR Rahman’s music.. added magic like it always does. Ajay Decgan is a class act. Priyamani was superb. Garjraj did great too. Everyone did their job and the casting was so on point it’s not even funny. The end credits resemblance of Orignal players with actors cast is beyond perfection. I am so glad India is making wonderful timeless movie like these. Long way to go before Indian audience that has divided tastes Unite and start appreciating good content. When people are over worked, tired and mentally exhausted.. no wonder they would rather pay for cheap thrills then an impactful cinematic masterpiece.

Manisha and Javed were so amazing! BUT yeh storyline was flawed. How can the guy be such a bad actor and then invest everything into his film? Usually passionate people who are amazing at what they do take such big risks. And sometimes still fail. So the point being… what could have been a better story?? The story could have been better if the main character was a phenomenal acting prodigy. And was recognized for it too. He believed in himself so much because of his talent. And that’s why he takes such a big risk of investing all his father’s property in it. His mother could have been upset and stopped talking to him. He could have made a successful debut like(HRithik, Shahid Kapoor or Ranveer Singh IRL) . Gotten a lot more offers and money in 2 years he is flooded with offers and money and to win his mom’s love back. He somehow over pays and buys the property again. Giving a new life to Ruston Cafe. That way his dream could have come true and father’s legacy is still upheld with pride. In the world of delegation he doesn’t have to sit on the “ Galla” himself. Anyone can do the managerial job and mom is always there to over see it until she is alive. This would have been a win win for everyone. A son should not have the pressure to uphold his father’s business unless he wants to. He is an independent life and potential and should blossom the way he wants to. This could have been story line would have been stellar to watch. Also Persis character could have been his childhood best friend and remained friends. The sex angle was too unbelievable and forced. Cute and decent girls like Persis IRL don’t beg for their virginity to be taken. Seriously,, who wrote this sh*%t. Excuse me. But that part was senseless. I can vouch a man wrote it. Anyways you can watch it on a rainy day but it’s not that great because characters are not well rounded especially the main guy and his friend Perisis.

Slow, long boring! Don’t watch.. a documentary on this would be more informative and interesting. Horrific American history. They killed and looted the natives so badly but it deserved a better more comprehensive and engrossing movie not long homage to big actors just acting away show their talent.. instead show us the natives, show us the story. Keep it fast on track. What was this!!! Rest all the reviews seem bought.
