Stop listening to U2 !!!!!! They were brilliant in the 80s and early 90s Then they sold out and wrote and released utter garbage ( like Songs of Surrender ) Once you get past the point of realising you dont have to force yourself to keep listening to try and make yourself enjoy the garbage they now release. It’s ok to know they stopping being a band in the 90s and sold out to money and all the things you should NEVER sell yourself to. Revisit their pre 93 songs but move on , realise they split up in the early 90s and what came after is no longer one of your favourite bands. Stop thinking you need to still enjoy their latest music , you dont need to , the band that gave you the Joshua tree isnt the band of today. They are a bad cover band now, its ok to put them out of the way
