Great film! Highly recommended! Some might say the beginning was slow, but that was pure character development which pays off greatly later on. What an amazing sensitive truthful portrait of what soldiers go through and how society viewed colored men even when they aré risking their lives for their nation. Truly inspiring and such a portrait of humbleness from Jesse Brown. I cried, I laughed and it gave me so much hope for humanity’s tolerance and acceptance of each other. Just a wonderful experience!
